My favorite holiday recipe is Pumpkin bread with chocolate chips. Here is the recipe I use

http://allrecipes.com/Recipe/Pumpkin-Bread/Detail.aspx

only I add in a bag of mini chocolate chips. I forgot to bring a loaf to my mom’s house for Thanksgiving this year, and everyone kept asking me where it was!

I saw a new one on Oprah last year for a prime rib roast, the rub is heavenly. I can’t wait to get a roast on sale and make it again. Yum!

I love my mom’s fudge recipe. I think that it’s the eagle brand fudge recipie, but I can’t remember where it came from. All I know is that it’s really good, and that it comes in a box with everything to make it.

My favorite holiday recipe is cake balls!!
1 (18.25 ounce) package chocolate cake mix
1 (16 ounce) container prepared chocolate frosting
1 (3 ounce) bar chocolate flavored confectioners coating
Prepare the cake mix according to package directions using any of the recommended pan sizes. When cake is done, crumble while warm into a large bowl, and stir in the frosting until well blended.
Melt chocolate coating in a glass bowl in the microwave, or in a metal bowl over a pan of simmering water, stirring occasionally until smooth.
Use a melon baller or small scoop to form balls of the chocolate cake mixture. Dip the balls in chocolate using a toothpick or fork to hold them. Place on waxed paper to set.
