I’m bringing back an old favorite of mine starting this week, Talkback Tuesday is a time where I ask you a question and you get to sound off! This is something I did when I first started blogging and I really miss the interaction with you the readers so I’m bringing it back.
We will cover all kinds of topics on Tuesdays and all you have can participate in 3 ways:
- Follow me on Twitter and reply to the topic there.
- Share this on Facebook, or leave a comment on the wall
- Leave a comment on this post with your thoughts on the topic!
Alright, Now to the Question of the day!
What’s Questions about Couponing and Saving Money do you have, and what would you like to know more about?
I’m hoping to answer these in future posts here on Passion for Savings. I would love to know, what confuses you, what do you have problems with? Are you still new and looking for basic information? Anything is fair game. Just leave a comment and let me know. Also, for those seasoned veterans feel free to answer the questions in the comments too, we can all learn from each other!

I’m fairly new to blogging and I hope you will be willing to help me out on this. How do you go about getting an affiliate link with Redplum, smartsource, and bricks so you can get paid back on any link hits? I have the affiliate links set up with coupons.com but am at a loss with the rest.
I would appreciate any advice that you could give me.

I am pretty new to the couponing world (and new to your blog, which I like!), so I have tons of questions. However, you and some other bloggers do a pretty good job of laying out all the lingo, scenarios, and possible ways to save money.
1. I have a few questions about those scenarios though – what if I don’t need so many razors, or what if I’m allergic to the deodorant that comes free when I buy a lotion? I hate to say “I’ll donate that”, because what if someone really needs the deodorant, and I’ve taken it off the shelf from them? How do you justify ‘taking only what you need’ vs. ’saving money no matter what’?
2. Also – since I’m so new, when do the coupons come out for things I’d love to cook with – like pasta? I have a few jars of sauce but nothing to put them on! What I mean is, when do coupons in newspaper come full-circle, or cycle through? [I probably started couponing 6 weeks ago, just to give you an idea.]
3. I just thought of another one – do you have sort of a calendar of when things are usually cheapest? I thought I read that feminine products are cheapest right now and get more expensive during the summer.. something like that?
Sorry I’m bombarding, but I’m new! Thanks for the advice and I really like your blog.
