Tonight I tried the Tide deal at Target. It does work minus the $.35 coupon. The checker said that she could not add a coupon to the advertised deal. This did not make sense but I did not want to argue over $.35. If she was going to make a point, I would have made a big deal about the free $6.99 stain release with the purchase of the Tide.

just curious how your total in the tide scenario comes out to only 9.98? Also, I can’t find the Tide store coupon on target.com…are you using a certain zip code to get it? thanks!
The Target Coupon was a regional insert coupon. You can use 2 of the $1.50/1 and combine it with the $1/1 Manufacturer coupon. Plus, I am subtracting the $5 Gift Card that you will receive for the total.
The actual out of pocket would be higher, and it would depend on the coupons that you have.
