I’ve got another great giveaway for you this morning. Good Earth Dinner Kits are a great way to keep your family eating healthy even on those days when you just don’t have time to prepare a meal from scratch. I’m thinking with School coming up and all those extra curricular activities starting back you will want to have a few things in your pantry to avoid the “Run to McDonald’s after Soccer Practice”.
Good Earth Dinner Kits are 100% Whole Grain, Contain No Trans Fat, and have No Artificial Flavors, Preservatives, or MSG. All you have to add is Meat and you are on your way to Dinner in just 30 minutes.
These kits come in 4 flavors: Mediterranean Chicken with Angel Hair Pasta, Spicy Citrus with Glazed Shrimp and Angel Hair Pasta, Herb Crusted Chicken with Mushroom Risotto, and Tuscan Chicken with Penne Pasta. We got the chance to try the Mediterranean Chicken and it was yummy plus I just love that these are ready to go when you can’t decide what to make for dinner (Or you don’t want whats on your meal plan).

Crock pot dinners are great, and hamburger is easy to pull out of the freezer if I wait too late in the day.

My quick tip is to have a bottle of Yoshida’s sauce in my fridge. I can add it to any leftovers in my skillet, and somehow they always manage to turn out edible! :)
I keep canned shredded chicken on hand for quick and easy meals.

I make and freeze some thing in bulk. I have a 14 quart stock pot and I will make chili and Marinara sauce and then freeze it in 2 cup portions. Then I vacuum seal them and they last for over a year (if we don’t eat them first). They thaw out quickly and make a quick meal.

I have tried this before at a taste testing panel. It was great. I’d love to be able to have my family try it also.
Thanks

I prep veggies when I get them (out of the garden, CSA box, or from the store). That way all I have to do is open the fridge. Instant veggie platter, salad, ready to cook or grill, etc!

I always have canned tuna on hand so my quick dinner is either tuna melts (i mix the tuna with plain yogurt, peas, celery, whatever else i have on hand then put a layer of cheese on yummy bread) or tuna helper or whatever pasta is in my pantry.
