the form that came up just talked about getting the rewards points but nothing about a magazine——–how would you know if it is the right form to get the magazine?
After going through all their questions, I was told this offer was unavailable. Offer was the Martha Stewart magazine. Rip off.

Not sure if I actually got this deal, as it asked questions about what i ate for breakfast and then would not let me submit the info. It had already asked for address, so who knows……………not sure if redirected to surveygals as requirement or option.
