What happens when you are baking and realize that you forgot to grab eggs?
You can either run back out to the store, or use one of these items as an egg substitution.
For every one egg used in your recipe, substitute 1/4 cup of applesauce or 1/2 banana mashed.
If you are using the mashed banana, you may find that you want to add just a little more liquid to your recipe. Happy Baking!
