Did you know you can use Manufacturer Coupons at Diapers.com? You can mail them your coupons and they will apply them to your account. Just make sure you don’t send ones that are expiring soon. This would be a great deal to combine with the $1.50/1 pampers coupon I posted recently I don’t think they expire for a long time.

Now I must admit I am not the most disciplined person ever when it comes to working out, but this is a great video. It combines interval training with cardio and only takes about 20 minutes a day!
