One of the Perks of the Walgreens Rebates is that you can Get a 10% Bonus on all your Rebates when you get your Money Back on a Walgreens Gift Card!

Here are some Updates from my Shopping Trip at Walgreens Yesterday! The 1 Major thing I wanted to point out is that a lot of stores are out of the Pur-Absorb.This is due to a Manufacturer Recall on the Product so the good news is we have a Substitute.

My Store is Substituting the Walgreens Brand Ferrous Sulfate for $10 and the $10 Register Reward is printing. So if you had this factored into your transactions for the week at least there is a Substitute!

St. Joesph’s Aspirin

I didn’t find this at some stores :( That kinda threw off my transactions and I had to re-group, but the larger stores had it. In my case I had better luck this week at the 24 hour stores since they tend to carry more products in my area than the smaller corner stores that aren’t open 24 hours.

Speed Stick Deal

This deal worked great for me. I purchased 4 of the Speed Stick for $3.99 and then the Cashier took off $3.99 for each item. I didn’t try this at the store with the new registers so if you tried this with the new registers let me know how it worked. When the In Ad Coupon was applied it made them just $0.1 each! Ok, I wanted to share a Possible deal that I think you can grab at Walgreens tomorrow! I am not 100% Sure on this deal which is why it wasn’t listed in the Walgreens Weekly Deals but it’s really going to depend on how the registers handle the coupon.

When I purchased the Bic Razors Last week and used the B1G1 Free Coupon it automatically took off the $5.99 value and the Cashier didn’t have to enter anything on the new register system. If that’s the case and the In Ad Coupon is scanned second then you can do the following deal:

Now, My stores recently changed to new Register Systems and I’m not sure how they are working exactly which is why I’m not sure about this deal. I had one instance where my Cortaid Coupons beeped and they manually entered the coupon, once they did that the In Ad Coupon wouldn’t scan. Now, I’m hoping this was just because the coupons were entered manually but if you have problems with the B1G1 Free Coupon you may have the same problem. If the In Ad Coupon has to be scanned first I think you are looking at the following deal:

Either way it’s a great deal, and when you consider that Speed Stick is part of the Colgate Rebate I mentioned this morning you can Buy 4 pay at the Most $4 and still get the $5 Mail In Rebate. I think either way it works out to a  great deal!

I wanted to give you the heads up that there is a $1/2 Mars Valentines Candy Coupon coming in tomorrows 1/29 RedPlum Insert. I mentioned in the Coupon Preview I posted on Tuesday that you can typically get FREE Valentines Day Candy with this coupon but I Wanted to remind you since sometimes the details get lost in long posts.

Also, last year Target had the M&Ms Valentines Hearts for just $0.99. These end up being just $0.49 each after the coupon which is another great way to use this coupon to fill some Valentines Day Gift Baskets!
