Hello! i am a newbie couponer, had my first “OK” experience, i had the “cashier of the year” apparently who eyeballed and questioned almost EVERY coupon (WalMart)…..took all the internet coupons to the CSM, they denied all of those because of “a lot of fraud” with the internet coupons. Well, being a rookie, I simply bought my stuff with the newspaper coupons, still saved over 20 dollars, but was pretty disappointed. Well, when i got home I printed the WalMart coupon policy and next time I go I will talk to the CSM and show them this policy before giving up and wasting my time. Anyone else had this problem??

  Barbara, So sorry for your trouble. Yes, lots of people have this problem at Walmart, mostly it’s just an un-informed cashier or manager You can also write down Walmart’s Customer Service Line and try calling from the store if you have problems Then let Customer Service speak to the Manager. I find that always works really well.

Please explain how I am able to use both coupons for the Special K Cereal Deal. B1G1 plus $1/2… I don’t know why this is completely confusing me today, when I know it’s something totally simple. Thanks

  You would need to buy 4 boxes to use both coupons. You would get 2 Free with two of the Buy 1 Get 1 Free Coupons and then use the $1/2 on the 2 you are buying at Full Price.

Question- On the boneless skinless chicken breasts, I have a recipt from 12/4 and the chicken we bought was the same price. Is this the normal price for the chicken or is it really on sale? It doesn’t look like it was a sale price on my reciept. I am new to all these deals and sales. I am on bedrest for my pregnancy and have not grocery shopped in 2 months and shamefully, did not know my prices very well before being introduced into the coupon world! I’m trying to gather my prices so I can better spot a truly good deal when I do go back to shopping! Is there any guide you know of that lists all the prices of all grocery items in the store? Then I could spend some time going by item and learning some of the things I really need to keep my eye out for.

  The Chicken goes on sale for this price frequently, but it’s not the “Normal” Price. You will sometimes find it higher.
