Can I Serve These Up As BLT Wraps Instead

Absolutely! If you don’t want to slice into pinwheel style, go ahead and make them as wraps that you slice in half and serve up. However, you slice them they are such a satisfying tortilla stuffed dish.

How To Store Leftovers

If you have leftovers you get to store in the fridge. These will store for up to three days in the fridge. Just make sure to place it in an airtight container.

These are best when eaten within the first two days. They will sog up a bit as they sit in the fridge.
