Chocolate Pecan Pie Bars Recipe!


Ingredients

  • Crust Ingredients:
  • 2 Sticks of Unsalted Butter
  • 1 Cup of Brown Sugar
  • 2 ½ Cups of Flour
  • ¾ Tsp. Salt
  • Topping Ingredients:
  • 1 Stick of Unsalted Butter
  • 1 Cup Brown Sugar
  • 1/2 Cup. Honey
  • 2 Tbsp. Heavy Cream
  • 2 Cups Chopped Pecans
  • 2 Cups Mini Chocolate Chips

Instructions

  1. Cream Butter & Sugar in a Mixer.
  2. Slowly add in Flour and Salt until Crumbly.
  3. Line a 9×13 Pan with Foil, Slowly press crust mixture into the pan.
  4. Bake for 23-25 Minutes at 350 Degrees.
  5. In a separate pan combine Butter, Sugar, Honey and Cream.
  6. Heat over medium heat until melted, bring to a boil and simmer for 1 minute.
  7. Slowly stir in Pecans & Chocolate Chips.
  8. Pour Pie filling over the Crust and spread evenly.
  9. Bake for an additional 20 minutes then allow to cool completely before cutting.
