Crock Pot Chicken & Rice Casserole

Description

  • 4 Large Chicken Breast, Diced into Bite Small Pieces (Approx 2 lbs,)
  • 1 tsp. Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp. Onion Powder
  • 1 tsp. Black Pepper
  • ½ tsp. Salt
  • ½ tsp. Paprika
  • 1 Medium Onion, Chopped
  • 1 10 oz. Can of Cream of Chicken Soup
  • 1 10 oz. Can of Cream of Celery Soup
  • 1 14 oz. Can of Cream of Chicken Broth
  • 2 Cups of White Rice, Cooked According to Package
  • 2 Cups of Cheddar Cheese, Shredded
  • Garnish with Green Onions or Parsley

Ingredients

In a Large Slow Cooker combine soups, Chicken Broth, and Spices and stir until well mixed.
Add in Chicken PIeces and Onion and Cook on High for 3-4 Hours
Slowly add in Cooked Rice and Stir
Top with Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Cook Uncovered for another 30 Minutes and Serve!
