Easy Roasted Broccoli Recipe!


  • 3 large bunches fresh broccoli (about 6 cups), trimmed 1⁄4 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tsp cracked sea salt
  • 1 tsp ground black pepper
  • Serves 4


  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. On a large non stick baking sheet, lay out broccoli in a single layer. Drizzle olive oil over the top, then sprinkle salt and pepper. Use hand to toss so that broccoli is evenly coated.
  2. Place in oven and roast 20-25 minutes or until the tops are just golden and broccoli is bright green. Remove and divide into 4 servings.
  3. Serve and enjoy!
