I was given the opportunity to try the KIND Bars & Healthy Grains. My husband and I have been trying to eat a little healthier lately and I have been more conscientious of the foods we are putting into our bodies.

I can honestly say that when I have eaten the KIND Bars or KIND Healthy Grains, I feel full afterwards and eating that snack keeps me satisfied until my next meal. I am going to be honest, the bars aren’t going to taste like the sugar filled bars you might be buying now, but knowing what you are putting into your body and not feeling the need to eat all day makes a lot more sense to me. The ingredients in the KIND Bars and Granola coincide a lot with what many of your eating right gurus will tell you what to eat that makes you feel full.
