If someone told me I could use apple cider vinegar and water as a facial toner, I would have through they were pulling my leg! But it IS true! These two ingredients create a very nice toner. You’ll feel refreshed and clean after you use it.
It is recommended you make a new batch of toner monthly, so cut this recipe in half if you need to because you find you discard too much after a month.

Ingredients –
1 cup distilled water
1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
Directions –
- Combine the water and apple cider vinegar in a measuring cup with a spout.
- Mix well and pour into a container.
To Use
- Shake well and apply to a cotton ball. Smooth all over face.
- Make a new batch of toner monthly.
