Mongolian Beef and Broccoli Recipe!


Ingredients

  • INGREDIENTS:
  • 1b Thinly Sliced Beef Steak (cut into bite size pieces)
  • 12 Ounces Frozen Broccoli
  • ¼ Cup Frozen Carrots
  • 3 Tablespoons Soy Sauce
  • 1 Tablespoon Brown Sugar
  • 1 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 4 Tablespoons Stir Fry Sauce
  • 2 Tablespoon Olive Oil

Instructions

  1. Press sauté function on Instant pot.
  2. Allow oil to heat.
  3. Add Beef to oil.
  4. Add soy sauce, and garlic powder.
  5. Allow to brown for 5 – 8 minutes.
  6. Add broccoli and carrots.
  7. Stir.
  8. Add brown sugar.
  9. Mix.
  10. Allow to cook for 10 minutes.
