Shredded Chicken Tacos In The Instant Pot

  • 1 ½ lb. Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast
  • 16-ounce Jar of Salsa (Any Brand)
  • Salt and Pepper to Taste
  • Flour Tortillas, Cheese, Lettuce, Salsa, & Avocados for Serving


  1. Place Chicken in the Instant Pot
  2. Salt and Pepper to Taste
  3. Cover with 1 Jar of Salsa
  4. Place the Lid on the Instant Pot and set to Seal
  5. Set the instant pot to Manual for 15 minutes
  6. Release pressure using the Quick Pressure Release method
  7. Shred Chicken using a Fork
  8. Serve as Tacos, over Rice and Beans or on t
