Slow Cooker Broccoli & Cheese Soup Recipe (Gluten Free)


Ingredients

  • 1 Lb. Frozen Broccoli Floretts
  • 1 32 oz. Container of Chicken Broth
  • 1/2 tsp. Black Pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. Onion Flakes
  • 1 tsp. Chopped Garlic
  • 1 1/2 Cups. Heavy Cream
  • 4 Cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Instructions

  1. Combine Broccoli, Chicken Broth, and Seasonings in a Slow Cooker and Cook on high for 2 hours. Add in Heavy Cream and half of cheese, Cook another 30 minutes, stir and add in remaining cheese.
