S’mores Pudding


  • 2 Cups milk
  • 1 Cup heavy cream
  • ΒΌ Cup cocoa powder
  • 2 Egg yolks
  • 1 Tbsp butter
  • 1 Tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 Cups marshmallow fluff
  • 1 Cup marshmallows
  • 1 Cup chocolate chips


  1. In a large pot over medium heat, whisk the milk with the butter, egg yolks, vanilla, heavy cream, marshmallow fluff, and cocoa powder.
  2. Stir repeatedly for 4 minutes or until the batter is evenly combined.
  3. Remove from the heat and let it cool down for 15 minutes.
  4. Transfer to a bowl, cover it and take to the fridge for 2 hours.
  5. Pour the chocolate pudding into glasses.
  6. Top with marshmallows and chocolate chips, and broil in the oven for 1 minute or until golden brown.
  7. Serve and enjoy.
