St. Patrick’s Day Shamrock Bark Recipe

I have another fun St. Patrick’s Day Recipe to share with you today. This Shamrock Bark Recipe only requires 3 ingredients, it’s SUPER Easy to make and the Kids will EAT IT UP!

Seriously, it’s so delicious and the perfect recipe to make for your little shamrock lovers. This would also make a fun Teachers Gift, you could wrap up a Plate of this Bark with a note that says “I’m LUCKY to have you as a teacher!

One note: You can purchase Solid Colored M&M’s at most Candy Stores or order them online, but what I did was bought a bunch of M&M’s after Christmas on clearance and I split them out so I could use the Red for Valentines Day and the Green for St. Patrick’s Day :) Shhhhhh It can be our little secret.

Here’s what you need to make this St. Patrick’s Day Bark:

1 Bag of Wilton Green Candy Melts

2 4 oz. Boxes of Bakers White Chocolate

1 Cup of Green M&M’s

All you have to do is Melt the Green Candy Melts and White Chocolate according to the package directions in separate bowls.

On a Piece of Wax Paper pour out the Melted Green Candy and spread it out until it’s about 1/8″ Thick. Add on the White Chocolate on top and use a toothpick or the tip of a knife to swirl the white and green chocolate together. Top with Green Sprinkles (Optional) & M&Ms.

Allow the Candy to Cool, once cooled break it apart into smaller pieces and store in an airtight container.

One of the things I love about Chocolate Bark is it doesn’t go bad very fast, so you can make this a few days ahead of time if you need to.
