Target: $29.65 (34.17 with Tax)
I found some great deals at Target this week. I was excited to get the John Frieda deal even though they weren’t free. I really love these products especially the Volume line so I was just happy to find them on sale with a coupon. I also found Ziploc Bags on Clearance for $1.50 and I had a $1/2 Coupon to make them just $1 per box. The Nexcare was almost free and the Turkey Bacon was just over $1 per package after the Mfg. Coupon and Target Coupon. Hebrew National Franks are just $2.50 and I had a $1 Coupon from All You Magazine also the Smuckers Hot Fudge was $2.39 and I had a B1G1 Coupon that had printed last time I was at Target while I was at the Register. I also got another Free Ibprofin with a Register Coupon so make sure you’re checking your Catalina Coupons that print at Target. The Glad Storage containers was another find. These have a Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing Packet inside and they were on Price Cut for $2.17, I had a $1/2 Coupon making them just $1.67 after the coupon. The Ranch Packets alone are around $1.34 at Walmart so this was a good find for me since we love the Hidden Valley Ranch with Sour Cream :) Yum!
Walgreens: $0.11 ($7.42 With Tax)
I did really good at Walgreens this week. My stores recently implemented limits and while it does make stocking up more difficult I found much better stock of the items I wanted this week. I used the overage to grab the Gillette Deal and the Bic Razors. I wanted to note that this week I posted my Subtotals as well as my cost with Tax so you can see that the difference is Huge in my area. Even when I get a few items free I can often pay a lot in tax which is why I don’t buy a lot of Free Items unless they are Money Makers or its something my family uses.
Walmart: $46.10 ($50.97 with Tax)
Walmart was all about Price Matching for me this week I price matched something like 5 ads. Family Dollar has Coke 12 packs for $2.50 and I had some Recyclebank Coupons from a while back which made them $1.50 for a 12 pack. I price Matched the Pineapple and Stawberries from Aldis, IGA had some great deals too, the Cheerios is one of my favorites because my little girl loves Cheerios right now, and the Blue Bunny Ice Cream was only $1.50 each because I price matched and used coupons. If you haven’t tried price matching at Walmart you should really look into it. I have saved so much time and money just by Price Matching, plus I love that I can use my Internet Coupons on top of the Price Match.
