The Rewards Card is a loyalty program that will allow you to accumulate points from your purchases and you will get 1 point for every dollar you spend at Fred Meyer. There are 13 week rewards cycles and at the end of a cycle if you have 500 points, you will be mailed a Rewards Rebate and you can get up to 4 per year since there are 4 cycles. These points can also be used on Gas Purchases at Fred Meyer Stores or at their online Gift Shop!

I want to point out a few items that are important from the Fred Meyer Coupon Policy including their disclaimer that they have the right to reject any coupon upon “view.”

They also have Fred Meyer Coupons that may stack with Manufacturer’s Coupons but you should check in with your local store and ask about coupon acceptance before you plan on stacking. You may only use 5 “like” coupons in one transaction and you also may only use 2 internet coupons per manufacturer per day.
