Does the Zebra $1 mfg coupon work on the mechanical pencils- wording is “Zebra Pen Writing Instrument” not sure if mechanical pencils are considered pen writing instruments. Also I have an HP Colorlock paper coupon- not sure if the photo paper is HP Colorlock. That coupon is also a mfg $1.

The $5/$30 coupon deducts from EACH item – reducing your rebate amount. It won’t make for a MM.

Hi Heather!
My staples associates said that the paper rebates are 2 per week and since usually the prices vary, I think it should be ok. For instance last week, I think there was a rebate that made the item $1 and the week before that, there was a rebate that made the item something like a quarter. I submitted my rebates online and they went through… but I am still waiting to receive them, so it’s not 100% sure. I think I knew more about the sales and coupons than he did. :/
