Homemade Barbecue Beef Instant Pot Recipe
Here is what ingredients you’ll need to make this delicious recipe:
3 lb. Boneless Beef Brisket
5 Tbsp. Brown Sugar
1 Tbsp. Chili Powder
1 Tbsp. Paprika
1 tsp. Sea Salt
2 tsp. Black Pepper
1 Cup Barbecue Sauce
1/4 Cup Vinegar
1/2 Cup Worchestershire Sauce
1/2 Cup Water
Here is how you can make this great recipe in your Instant Pot:
Combine Dry Ingredients in a Bowl and mix well
Rub Dry Ingredients on the Roast on all sides
In the instant pot combine the Barbecue Sauce, Vinegar, Worchestershire Sauce, and Water.
Place Roast on top of Liquid Ingredients
Secure Lid, Set Valve to Seal and Cook on Manual Pressure for around 115 Minutes
Allow pressure to release naturally
Transfer to cutting board and shred with a fork
Serve on buns and top with your favorite Barbecue Sauce
