I am loving these White Chocolate Cookie Cups with Peppermint Kisses! It’s a new recipe for us but I think it’ll get added to our yearly Christmas Treats!
Do you like to bake cookies with your family during the holidays? I’ve started a tradition of my own to try and make one treat each member of my immediate family requests to put on our cookie tray. My Mother-in-Law also enjoys baking cookies with my kids so we usually try to set up a time for the kids and myself to go over to her house and bake with her each December.
Christmas is a great time to let your kids help you with the baking. I have a new recipe that is easy and not too messy either, which is good for kids!
White Chocolate Cookie Cups with Peppermint Kisses
1 cup Country Crock® Spread
3/4 cup Granulated sugar
3/4 cup firmly packed light brown sugar
1 large egg
1 large egg yolk
2 tsp. vanilla extract
3 cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking powder
¾ tsp. salt
¼ tsp. baking soda
1 bag peppermint kisses
Preheat oven to 375°. Mix Country Crock® Spread, granulated sugar, light brown sugar, egg, egg yolk, and vanilla in large bowl until well mixed. Stir in flour, baking powder, salt, and baking soda until blended. (Dough will be soft and creamy.)
Spoon dough into cupcake liners that are already placed in the muffin tin and push a Peppermint Kiss into the Dough.
Bake 10 to 12 minutes. Cool 1 minute in a muffin tin; remove from tins and cool completely.
