Target is offering some new Target Coupons on your Mobile Phone. These will have to be scanned directly from your phone so you will need some sort of Internet service that will let you view the coupons. Also, these will arrive via text messaging every Sunday Morning so make sure you are willing to pay the Text Charges or have Unlimited Text.
