This delicious Pumpkin Spice Latte Mousse takes the flavors of your favorite fall coffee drink and turns it into something even more amazing.
If your favorite thing about fall is the Pumpkin Spice Latte from Starbucks (or PSL as its fans so fervently refer to it) then I’ve got a dessert you HAVE to try. Who says you can’t have a spiced pumpkin latte with breakfast, lunch, dinner, AND dessert?
Pumpkin Spice Latte Mousse
Ingredients:
1 ½ 14 oz. cans pumpkin puree
¾ teaspoon instant coffee granules
2 teaspoons pumpkin spice
1/2 cup sugar
1 1/3 teaspoon vanilla
1 ½ cups heavy cream
Whipped cream and pumpkin spice to serve
Directions:
Combine the pumpkin puree, pumpkin spice, instant coffee granules, sugar, and vanilla into a chilled bowl.
Mix with a hand mixer until smooth.
Combine the heavy cream and mix again on high until the mixture thickens and peaks form
Transfer to individual serving dishes and top with whipped cream and lightly sprinkle with pumpkin spice.
*You can easily make your own whipped cream by whipping 2 cups of heavy cream with 4 tablespoons of sugar and a dash of vanilla extract.
