Strawberry Cheesecake Smoothie Recipe
INGREDIENTS:
4 oz. of Cream Cheese (I chose Fat Free.)
3/4 of a cup of Plain Yogurt
1 and 1/2 teaspoons of Vanilla
3/4 of a cup of Fresh Strawberries
1/4 cup of Stevia or Similar Sugar
1 cup of Ice
Whip Cream (topping)
Graham Cracker Crumbs (topping)
DIRECTIONS:
Place all ingredients except whip cream and graham crackers into a blender.
Blend on high for one minute until smooth.
Pour into glasses and top with whip cream.
Sprinkle graham cracker crumbs on top.
Serve and enjoy!
*Makes a little over 2 large servings.
