I could seriously eat this Tuscan Chicken Bowl Recipe all day every day!!
Seriously though, I’ve found myself making this recipe more times than I’m proud to admit because it’s so delicious and so easy to whip up that there’s really no reason to not make it!!
This Tuscan Chicken Bowl is one of those perfect for weeknight dinner recipes because it takes around 30 minutes from start to finish!! And, it takes even less time if you are like me and make a huge batch of Tuscan Chicken on Sunday so you can have enough to last you through the whole week. It’s also incredibly filling and nourishing and a total crowd favorite.
To be completely honest with you I not only make this on hectic weeknights when the to-do list is huge and the time is little (so every day right?) but I also make it on weekends and when I have friends over because this recipe is a total crowd favorite! I actually haven’t found the first person that doesn’t like it!
And can we please talk about the chicken for a hot second? It’s so so delicious that’s just as good on the Tuscan Bowl as it is by itself served with a different side. You can make it with mashed potato, place it on top of creamy pasta and it’s also delicious thinly sliced and tucked into a sandwich or served with a big salad (lettuce + Tuscan chicken + croutons + creamy dressing).
For me, the secret is making the chicken extra flavorful with onion powder, garlic powder, salt, pepper a drizzle of olive oil, and a bit of parmesan cheese. The result is this lightly parmesan-crusted chicken that’s just to die for (and that takes less than 15 minutes to make from start to finish!!) and then it’s just a matter of serving it in the bowls with some really ripe cherry tomatoes and calling it a dinner.
