1.) Use Styrofoam Plates Between Glass Plates
When you’re packing your glass plates, use Styrofoam plates between each one to keep them from breaking
2.) Pack Jewelry In an Egg Carton
Pack up all your jewelry in an egg carton to keep it organized
3.) Pack Spices in Your Slow Cooker
Use the room in your slow cooker (as well as pots an pans) wisely, you can pack your spices all together in your slow cooker!
If you’re not good with Spackle, you can use soap on your nail holes to fill them!
5.) Pack a Clear Tub With Essentials
Pack up your essentials, like shampoo, body wash, etc. with things you’ll need first, you’ll be able to see what’s in it and it will stand out from the other boxes!
If you’ve got some boxes that don’t have handles in them, then cut your own box handles using a box knife!
7.) Put Saran Wrap Under the Lids of Your Bottles
Use Saran Wrap on top of your bottles like spices and shampoo and body wash, then put the lids back on, that way if the lids come off, you won’t have a big mess on your hands
Grab some paper products like plates, napkins, plastic utensils and napkins and leave them in a first day basket so you can eat at the new place without having to unpack your dishes
9.) Change Your Address 2 Weeks Prior To Moving
