This Caramel Strawberry Shortcake Poke Cake Recipe is so amazing and I have been asked for the recipe every single time I’ve brought it to someone. It’s really simple but it tastes AMAZING and is always a big hit with my friends and family
I just use a white cake mix out of a box and mix it together, so the cake making part is super easy, then I just poke the holes and pour in the caramel sauce and add everything else and it really doesn’t take much time or effort.
This Caramel Strawberry Shortcake Poke Cake Recipe is one of my favorites to make and my husband asks or it on his birthday most years. It’s so easy, so be sure to give it a try and you’ll love it PLUS everyone else who gets a piece of it will definitely love it too.

Caramel Strawberry Shortcake Poke Cake Recipe
Here are the ingredients you need to make this great recipe:
1 White Cake Mix (and anything the box needs for the cake)
1 Lb. Strawberries
1 16 oz. container of Cool Whip
1 Jar of Caramel Sauce (12.25 oz.)
1 Small can of Sweetened Condensed Milk (14oz)
And here is how you can make this recipe:
Bake the Cake Mix according to the Directions on the Package and allow it to cool for 5 Minutes.
Mix the Caramel Sauce and Sweetened Condensed Milk in a Separate Bowl
Using the end of a wooden spoon, poke holes all over the cake.
Pour the caramel sauce over the top of the cake making sure it gets in the holes.
Top with Strawberries & Cool Whip
Refrigerate for 1-2 Hours letting everything soak together
Serve with Fresh Strawberries!
