Chicken & Apple Sausage Baked Pasta (Gluten-Free)
First, slice sausage into rounds and place in a skillet with olive oil over medium high heat. Cook for 3-4 minutes or until sausage has browned.
Next, add white wine and reduce to half then pour in chicken stock. Bring to a simmer and remove from heat. Stir in ricotta. Once ricotta has melted, add spinach and stir until the spinach has wilted. Stir in 1 cup of asiago cheese.
While sausage is cooking, prepare pasta according to package directions. Once pasta is al dente, drain and add into sauce and stir in sun dried tomatoes.
Pour into a 9×13 baking pan and top with remaining cup of asiago cheese.
Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
This looks so delicious, doesn’t it? Whether your health depends on you eating Gluten-Free or you are just trying it out to see if it makes any differences for you, this is a great pasta recipe you can try!
