Ok guys. Get ready for some cuteness. I seriously LOVE how these gifts in a jar turned out! If you have been thinking about Christmas already (like me), you probably already have a long list of people you need gifts for. I love gift giving. It’s one of my most favorite things to do. The gifts I like to give are never super expensive or really extravegant. I love giving simple gifts that the recipient can enjoy. Sometimes that is something homemade or something that costs just a few bucks. I do like to package them up really fun and cute. A great package makes a gift that much more special. That is why I love these Christmas gifts in a jar.
If you know someone who loves to get pedicures or manicures, this gift in a jar is perfect for them. I put a pair of comfy socks, nail clippers, emery boards, a buff block, cuticle pushers, toe separators and my favorite color of nail polish into a jar. It was a tight fit, but I got it all in there. Then I traced the lid of the jar onto some Christmas scrapbook paper and cut out a circle that fit just perfect under the ring lid of the jar. I added some festive ribbon and attached a cute tag. A simple but thoughtful gift. I created the cute tags and you can download the merry mistle-toes tags to use for your christmas gifts in a jar.
I absolutely love the smells of the holidays. Now you can gift it to your neighbors! Get the recipe and tags for this stove top potpourri, add the ingredients to a jar. Just make sure you get small oranges that will fit in your jar. A quart jar will actually hold enough for double the recipe. Once your jar is filled and your tags are printed, just add a circle of festive scrapbook paper to the top and tie on the tag. I just love the colors of this gift. I like to have this on the stove all during the Thanksgiving and Christmas seasons.
One of my absolutely gifts to give are notecards or notepads. I think I love to give them, because I love to get them. I like to have notecards on hand, just in case I need to send someone a thank you or just to let them know I’m thinking about them. There are always a ton of cute notecards in the dollar sections at Target or at the craft stores. I tend to stock up whenever I go near a basket of notecards. Why not stick a couple notecards or notepads, along with a nice pen in a jar. Decorate with some scrapbook paper and a ribbon and you are all set! And of course, gifts in a jar need a cute tag. You can download the Merry Christmas Note tags to attach to your gift. There is also a happy birthday note tag version.
There you have it. 3 Christmas gifts in a jar that don’t take a lot of time or a lot of money. Plus all these free printables make it that much easier!
It’s amazing how taking a couple extra minutes to package gifts cute, makes a gift much more special.
Happy Gifting!
