You won’t believe how easy it is to make! And once you discover how soft it leaves your hands, you may use it more than just after gardening!
What you Need:
White Sugar
Liquid Dish Soap (Dawn Hand Renewal Works Great! And helps soften your hands too!)
Mason Jar (or other container)
Essential Oils (optional) – Purification, Lavender, Thieves are all great options!
What you Do:
>> To start, fill your container ¾ full with sugar.
>> Add the liquid dish soap until it almost hits the base of the mouth of the jar, or about a ½ inch from the top of your container. You can use any type of liquid dish soap you have on hand. The color of the end product will be determined by the color of your dish soap.
>> If you like, you can add a few drops of your favorite essential oils.
>> Mix everything together. You are trying to get a paste like consistency, so if too runny, keep adding a little bit more sugar until you get that paste-like consistency.
That’s it! It’s that easy. You can just keep the jar on the counter for easy access when you need it. Plus it looks pretty! You may love the way it feels and smells so much that you use it almost any time you are washing your hands!
