This light dessert salad can be made with only five ingredients and in less than ten minutes!
Ingredients for Strawberry Shortcake Fluff Salad
- Fresh strawberries, sliced
- Pound cake – Cubed into 1 inch sections
- Mini marshmallows
- Whipped cream topping – I use Cool Whip, but you can use any kind.
- Sweetened condensed milk – I have tried different brands of this and Eagle brand is the very best in my opinion!
Instructions for Strawberry Shortcake Dessert Salad
First, in a large mixing bowl, combine whipped topping and sweetened condensed milk. Fold together and stir with a mixing spoon until thoroughly combined.
Next, add mini marshmallows and strawberries to the whipped topping mix and stir with a spoon until well combined. Garnish with a strawberry on top, if desired.
Cover, refrigerate and serve within one day.
