Instructions
- Step 1. Fill mason jar with Cadbury eggs or other preferred Easter Candy.
- Step 2. Use the mason jar as a guide for how wide to cut the piece of fur.
- Step 3. Round the bottom of the beard and decide how long you'd like the beard. Cut to desired length.
- Step 4. Fold beard in half from the bottom to the top and cut a small slit 1/2" from the top. (The bead nose will poke through this!)
- Step 5. String the bead on the pipe cleaner.
- Step 6. Glue the fabric onto the pipe cleaner. Press the bead through the slit in the fabric.
- Step 7 Twist the pipe cleaners around the neck of the mason jar.
- Step 8 For the hat, fold the rectangle of felt over like in the photo and hot glue the edge. Cut to size, according to how long or short you'd like your hat.
- Step 9. Put the gnome hat on the mason jar.
- Step 10. Cut two white 1x4" rectangles of white felt for the ears. Round the corners. Cut two 1/2" x 3" rectangles of pink felt for the inside of the ears. Round the corners.
- Step 11. Glue the pink and white felt together to make the outside and inside of the bunny ear and tuck into the brim of the hat. Glue with a dot of hot glue.
- Step 13. If desired, glue a small pom to the end of the hat. You may need to work with the felt so the hat continues to bend downward. Put a dot of hot glue on the side of the hat to anchor the end to it, if needed.
