These Easter Mason Jar Cheesecakes are not only adorable they are delicious, too!
This is a tasty, no-bake cheesecake recipe that you can easily make the night before and refrigerate until you are ready to eat. Your kids (and guests) will go crazy over these spring treats! Plus, what a fun way to add a few holiday peeps to the mix!
Create these Bunny Jars in no time and follow this simple recipe!
Ingredients:
16 Oreo cookies, divided
2 tablespoons butter, melted
1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
4 ounces cream cheese, softened and cubed
1/4 cup white sugar
4 marshmallow Peep bunnies
Easter jimmies
4- 4oz small mason jars
Directions:
Finely crush 8 Oreos and mix well with melted butter. Divide evenly into each of the four mason jars. Press gently in the bottom with a tart shaper or the back of a spoon.
Beat whipping cream with a mixer until cream begins to stiffen, about 3 minutes. Add cream cheese, and sugar and beat well until smooth. Spoon into jars.
Coarsely crush the remaining 8 Oreo cookies by placing them into a sandwich bag and crushing with a rolling pin.
Make a small divot into the cheesecake and press a bunny into each jar. Sprinkle coarsely crushed cookies around each bunny and top with sprinkles.
Refrigerate for 30 minutes or until ready to serve.
