Even though these are Buttermilk Biscuits I don’t use buttermilk since I hate buying extra ingredients. You can use 1 Tablespoon of Lemon Juice with 1 Cup of Milk to make your own buttermilk. That’s included in this recipe below but I thought I would share this tip in case you had ever wondered How to Make Buttermilk.
Here is all you need to get started: 1 tsp. Lemon Juice, 1/2 Cup Milk, 2 Cups Flour (All Purpose), 1/4 tsp. Baking Soda, 1 tsp. Sugar, 1 Tbsp Baking Powder, 1 tsp. Salt, amd 6 Tbsp. Butter Cold & Sliced. Once you make everything together you’ll bake the biscuits for about 10 minutes, and there you have it, some delicious homemade buttermilk biscuits that everyone will love!
