Easy Freezer Biscuits Recipe
INGREDIENTS:
1 tsp. Lemon Juice
½ Cup Milk
2 Cups Flour (All Purpose)
¼ tsp. Baking Soda
1 tsp. Sugar
1 Tbsp Baking Powder
1 tsp. Salt
6 Tbsp. Butter Cold & Sliced
INSTRUCTIONS:
Put Lemon Juice in a measuring cup and fill with 1 cup of milk (Let Sit 5 min while you mix the dry ingredients)
Combine Flour, Baking Soda, Sugar Salt and Baking Powder in a Bowl and Stir
Cut in Softened Butter until Crumbly (Resembles cornmeal)
Slowly add Milk Mixture
Knead about 4-5 times by folding in half and pressing out gently (Do NOT over knead)
Cut into Biscuits using cookie cutter or knife
Bake at 450 Degrees for 10 Minutes
