Fruit is super cheap this time of the year so it’s a great time to make up some Fruit Ice Cubes to add to your water, I like to do this because it saves me time and I don’t have to pull out a knife and cutting board each time I want to make a glass of water, it’s also great for parties if you want to prep some stuff ahead of time.
I like to store my Fruit Ice Cubes in a Ziploc Bag so that I can just add a few to a glass and add water, it’s so quick and easy and I’m not constantly getting out a knife or cutting up a whole cucumber for just a few slices. You can slice all your favorite fruits at once, then add to an ice tray and add water, once frozen place them in Freezer Bags and place them back in the freezer.
This is also a fun treat for kids, They can mix and match their own flavors and I’ve found my kids think it’s a lot of fun to drink fruit infused water, especially when they get to create their own blends!
There are also some really cool Fruit Infused Water Bottles available these days for just around $10. You can pick these up on Amazon.com and you add your Fruit to the middle of the water bottle then fill with water!
