What Do I Need To Make This Tic Tac Toe Game
- 9 Hulu Hoops
- 6 Frisbee’s (3 of one color, and 3 of another color)
We picked up our Hulu Hoops and Frisbee’s at the Dollar Tree. This made it super inexpensive. If you can’t get to a dollar tree go ahead and shop to what works best for you.
How to Play
Place three rows of three hula hoops on the ground in a square shape. One person may have one color of frisbees and the other person may have the other color. Take turns throwing the frisbees to try to make three in a row!
Time Saver Hack
I have seen some people label the frisbees with X and O, but I deliberately bought only two colors of them so I could save time and not label them! So, we played tic tac toe with colors instead of X’s and O’s and it worked great!!
Why Make This Game At Home
This is so simple to make and if you shop for the items at the Dollar Tree or Dollar store it is highly affordable. Who doesn’t want a cheap but fun activity the whole family can enjoy? I know we have had a blast playing.
These games can go for quite a bit online, so why not do a little DIY, and in minutes you make your own.
What If I Can’t Find Different Colored Frisbee’s
Grab some painter’s tape and use it to make X’s and O’s on top of each Frisbee. Any two types of shapes will do that way you can decipher whose frisbee is whose.
This Frisbee Tic Tac Toe Yard Game is so easy, and tweak it to your needs. Have fun and enjoy the warm sunshine outdoors.
