I am an employee of cfa & have been for over 3 years. I work on lean prep which is all cold items, lemonade, tea, baked goods, and produce; hence, I prepare a large amount of lemonade daily. The lemons we use are Sunshine brand, grown in Southern California. I personally hand squeeze five to six cases a day for our lemonade. There are three ingredients in our lemonade: lemons, water, and sugar. If you had ever been in our restaurant, you would know this since it is advertised on the cold dispenser behind the registers.
I appreciate your copy-cat recipe attempt, but we do not use juice or pre-squeezed juice or concentrate.
I’m gonna leave you with this link, since I think you don’t quite know the CFA menu so well for an employee of 3 years..
