Homemade Ice Cream Cupcakes Recipe
Make this Homemade Ice Cream Cupcakes Recipe for ANY occasion! This is great for Birthday Parties, Holiday Parties, Baby Showers, or Wedding Showers. It is an EASY dessert recipe you can whip together in no time, pop in the freezer, and serve without any additional baking! Plus, if you are trying to plan ahead, this would be a great dessert to make a day or two before and then pull them out in time for the party!
Homemade Ice Cream Cupcakes Recipe!
INGREDIENTS:
1 Boxed Brownie Mix
Ice Cream
Mini Oreos
Cupcake Liners
Homemade Whipped Cream or Cool Whip
Use a Standard Boxed Brownie Mix and prepare according to directions.
Fill Cupcake Liners about 1/4 the way full with brownie batter (Remember these will rise when baking)
Bake for 15 minutes on 375 Degrees
Allow to cool COMPLETELY, I recommend overnight
Allow Ice Cream to Thaw, Mix in your favorite toppings, we used mini oreos that were crushed
Scoop Ice Cream on Top of Brownies and Place in Freezer until Ice Cream has hardened.
Use Homemade Whipped Cream or Cool Whip to top Cupcakes.
Add Sprinkles :)
