In Honor of Mother’s Day I wanted to share with you one of my FAVORITE Tips for how to Make Fresh Flowers Last Longer!
I absolutely adore Fresh Flowers, I don’t always like to spend money on them all year long, so when I am given Fresh Flowers I want them to last as long as possible!
All you need to do is take 2-3 drops of Essential Oils (I use Purification or Thieves) And add it to your water before you place the flowers in the vase. This helps kill any bacteria in the water and helps to preserve the flowers longer!

Alternate Method: You can also use 1/4 Cup of a Sugar Soda like Spite or 7Up to help your flowers last longer! I haven’t tried this personally because I love how well my Essential Oils work, but it’s another alternative if you have flowers that you want to help preserve right now.
