How to Make a Bag out of Gift Wrap
Here’s What You Need:
Wrapping Paper
Scotch Tape
Scissors
Your Favorite Ribbon
DIRECTIONS:
All you need to do is start with a Piece of Wrapping Paper tall enough to cover your gift and still have room to fold down the top. You want about double the height of your gift.
1.) Fold the Wrapping Paper in a Loop so it makes a circle and tape it so you have a tube of Wrapping Paper, Make sure this is bigger than your item!
2.) Fold up the Bottom two corners into the center and crease.
3.) Flip your Paper Over and fold the bottom section up and in the opposite direction.
4.) Open your Paper Up and fold in the Bottom of the Paper and tape
5.) Fold in the open edges and tape securely
6.) Trim the top of the Gift Bag so it’s not too tall, then place your gift inside
7.) Roll down the Top of the Gift Wrap and Punch with a Hole Punch. Tie tightly with Ribbon to secure it closed!
That’s all you need! You can do this for Birthdays, Christmas and so much more! It’s a really fast way to wrap gifts that aren’t square or easy to rap! Just make sure the gift isn’t too heavy or tape the bottom really well so it doesn’t come open on you!
