This Strawberry Lemon Sparkling Water Recipe is a great beverage to serve for a Summer Party Drink. It’s a refreshing Mocktail Recipe!
This drink is also great for a poolside beverage, baby shower, bridal shower, or barbeque! I thought it would be fun to make a “Mocktail” and serve it for my guests as they come through the Barbeque food line.
I started with Dasani Sparkling which is a naturally flavored sparkling water and has no artificial flavors. It also has zero calories and no sweeteners.
Strawberry Lemon Sparkling Water Mocktail Recipe
Boil 1 lb. of Strawberries, 1 Cup of Water, 2 TBSP of Lemon, and 1/2 Cup of Sugar for 10 minutes. Then Strain it to make a Syrup.
Then just Pour all the syrup into a container so you have it reserved to mix with the Dasani Sparkling at the party.
To add a Sugar Rim like I did here, just get two bowls. Put water in one, and Sugar Sprinkles in the other. Dip the top of your glass into the water, then dip that into the Sugar Sprinkles.
During the Party, pour 6 oz. (half the can) of Dasani Sparkling into your glass over ice, then add 3 TBSP of the reserved Strawberry Syrup you made earlier.
This is the final result of the Strawberry Lemon Sparkling Water with my grilled meal I made for the Barbeque. I love how it adds color and a fun and creative “Mocktail” for my guests to enjoy!
