Mummy Chex Cereal Bars Recipe
INGREDIENTS:
1 – 12 oz. Bag of Miniature Marshmallows
1/2 Stick of Butter (1/4 Cup)
8 oz. White Chocolate Bark
4 Cups of Chex Cereal
2 Cups Pretzels Crushed
1 Jar of White Frosting
32 Candy Eyes
DIRECTIONS:
Melt Butter, White Chocolate and Marshmallows over low heat.
Slowly add in Chex and Pretzels.
Pour mixture into a 9×13 pan lined with Parchment Paper.
Allow to cool 2-3 hours or refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Cut in half lengthwise, then cut each half in 8 pieces to form 16 bars.
Use frosting to attach 2 Candy Eyes to each Bar.
Pipe Frosting over tops of bars to create Mummy Cloths.
