Quick Yeast Dinner Rolls Recipe
1 1/2 Cups of Warm Water (110 Degrees)
1 Tbsp. Instant Yeast
2 Tbsp. Sugar
2 Tbsp. Butter
1 tsp. Salt
4 Cups. Flour
DIRECTIONS:
Combine Warm Water, Yeast, and Sugar in a Mixing Bowl and let rest for 5 minutes until foamy
Combine Butter, Salt, and Flour in a Large Pyrex Measuring Cup
Slowly add Flour Mixture to Yeast Mixture and knead slowly. I use the Bread Dough Attachment on my Kitchenaid for this process
Once all Flour is added knead for around 3-5 minutes or until all dough is sticking together in one ball
Place dough in a greased bowl and cover to rise about 20 minutes
Uncover Dough and place it on a Floured Surface. Cut in Half, then cut each section in half again until you have 4 strips.
Cut each strip into 6 pieces to make 24 total rolls
Roll pieces into balls and place on Cookie Sheets to rise again (another 20 minutes)
Gently brush with melted butter
Bake at 400 Degrees for 10 minutes
Serve warm, you can also brush with extra melted butter once they come out of the oven.
