Using a stand mixer or electric mixer; mix cream cheese, 8 TBS butter, vanilla, and powdered sugar together until completely combined- start on a slow speed to prevent the powdered sugar from going everywhere! Set aside.
Thoroughly grease a pizza pan (solid with NO holes), or use a pizza stone (don’t grease). Remove dough from fridge and place onto pizza pan. Carefully roll the dough out, then use your hands to push it into the sides of the pan, taking care to keep the dough as evenly as possible. Place into oven and cook for 16-20 minutes. Remove from oven, let cool, then place into fridge for at least 30 minutes to chill.
Spread cream cheese frosting over the top of the chilled cookie base, then arrange strawberries and blueberries on top of the frosting. Dust top with powdered sugar. Cut into wedges and serve cold/room temperature.
Notes: Store leftover fruit pizza in the fridge.

I’m guessing an actual baker has never made this… DON’T make it. It’s a terrible recipe and not the correct ingredients! Like another person said, this will be all over your oven. A huge mess and a big waste of money and ingredients.
DO NOT USE PIZZA STONE!!! Dough will just spread and overflow onto the bottom of your oven. Found out the hard way…
