I love making Slow Cooker Beef Stew in the Crock Pot! This is one of my Absolute Favorite Fall Recipes!!
I opened the door this morning and it felt like Fall! The air is crisp and cool and October is finally here :) One of my favorite things about fall is….. Slow Cooker Cooking! I love turning on my slow cooker in the morning and finding dinner ready at night! It saves me so much time and I’m kinda in love with Fall Warm Comfort Food!
Last week I shared my Easy Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix Copy Cat Recipe and today I’ve got my Slow Cooker Beef Stew Recipe for you!
What I love most about this recipe is that I can use any leftover steak or roast meat that I have. I typically freeze this in a Food Saver Bag when we have leftovers. And then I can pull it out, toss it into the crock pot!! And since it’s already cooked, it heats up really quickly! It’s a really great way to have leftovers without feeling like you’re eating leftovers ;)
Slow Cooker Beef Stew Recipe
This is the perfect Fall Slow Cooker Recipe! You can make Slow Cooker Beef Stew with leftover steak or roast so you don't have to just keep eating the same leftovers!!
- 2 Cans of Diced Tomatoes
- 1 Can of Water (15 oz.)
- 1 Cup Chopped Cooked Steak or Leftover Roast
- 1/2 Bag of Frozen Vegetables (About 8 oz.)
- 1/2 Bag of Frozen Okra (About 8 oz.)
- 3 Small Potatoes Peeled and Chopped
- 1 Cup Baby Carrots Diced
- 1/4 White Onion Chopped
- Salt & Pepper to Taste
- If you don't have any leftover roast, cook 1 cup of chopped steak
- Combine all Ingredients in the Slow Cooker
- Cook 8 Hours on High.
This should be ready when the Potatoes and Veggies are Tender since the meat is cooked.

Then take white paint and make stitch marks along the edge
(little dashes along the edge) If you wanted you can outline the heart
in black as well. The staff person I talked to
